Ground Beef
Ground beef is the most versatile of meats: You can shape it into patties or meatballs, or serve it in chili or tacos. Ground beef comes from the trim – beef that wasn’t cut neatly into a steak or wasn’t the right shape and size for a roast. We offer ground beef at about 17 percent fat, either in one-pound packs or as pre-formed patties. We also feature a lean ground beef at around 7 percent fat, made exclusively from round and chuck steaks.
