Pan-cooked pork sausage is a versatile foundation — equally at home in biscuits and gravy or a quiche.
Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove the thawed sausages from the packaging and place them in the hot pan. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes.
Rotate the sausages and continue cooking for about 2 minutes per side, until evenly browned.
Add a splash of water to the hot pan to steam the sausages. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
