Rich, succulent pork chops are barbecue-ready in minutes — pair with grilled peaches for a sweet-savory finish.

A Crowd Cow Field Guide

Grilled pork chops are great for barbecues and are full of rich, succulent flavor. Enjoy alone or with grilled peaches for the ultimate sweet-and-savory meal.

Preheat and season

Oil the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to 350°F (medium heat).

Grill direct

Place the chops in the center of the grill over direct heat. Cook 2-3 minutes, then rotate 45° for grill marks. Cook another 2-3 minutes, then flip.

Add the peaches

For a sweet complement, add halved and pitted peaches brushed with oil, cut-side down. Cook 2-3 minutes, then rotate.

Finish to temp

Cook another 4-6 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Rest and serve

Remove from the grill and rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
