Classic King Crab with Garlic Butter and Lemon

Sweet, tender Alaskan king crab simply prepared with garlic butter and lemon to let the meat shine.

    In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes until fragrant. Squeeze in lemon juice and keep warm on the lowest setting. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    In a large pot, boil about an inch of water. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Crab comes pre-cooked, so you only need to reheat.

    Remove crab legs and serve with melted garlic butter and lemon wedges.
