Ground Pork

The flavor profile is slightly sweet and nutty, and the meat is delicate and moist. Ground pork can be cooked in many ways, but one of our favorite ways to prepare it is to pan-fry with some garlic and onion.

Pederson’s Natural Farms began in 1992 making their now-famous uncured bacon — with no sugar added and using just the essential ingredients.
