Tips for perfect oven-baked salmon. Easy to customize with your seasonings and sides of choice (we like quinoa with seared asparagus and lemon), and ready in 20 minutes or less.
Prep
Preheat oven to 450°F. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then coat in olive oil.
Bake
Place the salmon on a nonstick baking pan or cast iron skillet. Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serve
Serve immediately.
