Lobster Pot Pies
Pot pies have always been a traditional New England favorite. But when you add fresh Maine lobster meat, they become even more delicious! Our lobster Pot Pies consist of airy puff pastries filled with sweet Maine lobster meat, veggies, and sherry wine cream sauce. Each pot pie is 8 oz of goodness in its own oven-ready ramekin. Contains two 8oz pot pies.

Ingredients: Maine Lobster, Water, Puff Pastry (Enriched Flour) Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Partially Hydrogenated Oils (Soy Cottonseed), Salt, Flour, Vegetable Oil (Soy, Olive), Lobster Base (Lobster, Salt, maltodextrin, hydrogenated corn protein, whey, lobster extract, tomato paste, onion powder, dehydrated potato, added color(annatto extract of paprika, turmeric), butter flavor, spice, extractives, sherry, marsala wine.

Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready for use. Let completely thaw under refrigeration for up to 24 hours. Carefully remove shrink wrap from pies. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and place ramekins on cooking sheet for 15 – 20 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and cook for 5 – 8 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for one minute.
