Every customer can choose a personalized and completely customizable recurring shipment. By default, your order will come monthly, but the frequency and products in each box are completely up to you!

It can be! Every customer gets the option at checkout to make their box a recurring delivery or get it one time. Recurring boxes get free shipping at $149. We know that every customer has unique needs which is why we make it easy to customize or skip shipments, and even completely opt-out of our recurring service at any time.

We ship everywhere in the USA except Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping (1-2 days):

• Free for orders of $199 or more
• $19.99 for orders under $199

Typically ships the next day. Delivery times vary by location, with many regions receiving their box the day after ordering.

Priority Shipping: An additional $29.99 on top of Standard Shipping fees for expedited delivery. Order by 10 am local time Monday - Thursday for next-day delivery (excluding weekends and holidays). Both options include ample dry ice to ensure all items remain completely frozen during transit.

We've learned that our customers love variety! So, you get final say over what is packed in every single one of your boxes. We'll build each box based on your preferences and our current inventory, then send you an email and text message notification that your box is ready for review. You can customize your box completely so that you get exactly the cuts you want.

Yes! You have complete control — you can change your delivery date before or after you place your order and up until we begin packing your box. You can push out the delivery date of your recurring box with no penalty.
