If you're looking for an easy and impressive seafood dish, look no further than Wild Mexican Blue Shrimp. Simply heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the shrimp, and cook until opaque, about 3 minutes. For a little extra flavor, squeeze a little fresh lime juice over the shrimp before serving. One easy way to elevate this dish is to serve it with a simple garlic butter sauce. Just melt some butter in a pan over low heat, add some minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in a few tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the shrimp with the garlic butter sauce on top or on the side.

If you're looking for something special in shrimp, you'll love our wild Mexican blue shrimp. These guys are big and meaty, with a delicate flavor and a slightly firm texture. Also, in contrast to nearly all other wild-caught shrimp, these Wild Blue Mexican Shrimp are hand-caught in tiny Panga boats to eliminate almost all bycatch. They're perfect for a special occasion, or just to make ordinary meals feel a bit more luxurious.
Chef's Serving Suggestions
Some of the best side dishes to serve with Wild Mexican Blue Shrimp include rice pilaf, herbed couscous, orzo with Parmesan and herbs, and simple steamed vegetables. For sauces, a classic beurre blanc or a light tomato sauce would be perfect. Herbs that pair well with shrimp include dill, parsley, and chives.
