Lemon and herb butter scallops are quick and easy to cook using any method and come pre-marinated for a flavor-packed meal.
Thaw
Place sealed package in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Oven
Place scallops and butter on a greased baking dish, bake 8-10 minutes at 400°F. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking.
Grill
Melt butter in a small pan. Oil the grill and cook scallops over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. Flip and continue grilling for another 3-5 minutes. Spoon melted butter over scallops.
Stovetop
Melt butter in pan over medium-low heat. Cook scallops for 2-4 minutes, occasionally brushing with butter. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
