How to Grill Wild Mahi Mahi

Mahi mahi has a sweet and mild flavor that's easily elevated with your favorite seasonings and a little lemon juice. Throw it on the grill for 10 minutes or less and enjoy.

Steps

  1. Thaw mahi mahi portions overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (450°F).
  3. Brush mahi mahi fillets with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle seasonings on both sides of the fish.
  4. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Serve. Asparagus makes an easy side on the grill.
