Wild Opilio (Snow) Crab

The meat of Snow Crab legs is snowy white in color (hence the name) with a sweet taste followed by a touch of brine on the finish. The meat texture is firm but shreds easily, making it an excellent ingredient in recipes such as crab cakes and soups, or simply dig in and eat large chunks straight out of the shell of meat if you prefer. Snow Crab comes fully cooked and ready to eat after thawing.
