Marrow Bones

Marrow bones are dense in nutrients and iron. Buttery, nutty, fatty – these are just a few characteristics this bone-cut provides. The bones can be cut both length-wise or in slices (approximately 2 inches). Either method is optimal for spooning onto toast or salad. Marrow Bones are often oven roasted, but may be cooked over a hot grill as well.
