Top Round Roast
Top Round Roast is a great choice when looking for a lean roast. Coming from the upper portions of the back legs, the top round is a high activity, dense piece of meat. Due to its heavier composition (average 3 lb.), this cut requires a bit more supervision so that it is not overcooked.
